ME3 Cinema Mod alters the colours, saturation, and other visuals to create a more dramatic experience. Have a look at MOAM (Mother Of All Mods). Just be careful when you go online (multiplayer) with a modified coalesced.ini file that has altered weapon stats. Well, you can safely use mods and cheats in singleplayer.
